If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS:
We will accept most items once notified within 3 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the invoice/receipt for proof of purchase.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately advise you on your status of your refund.
Once approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund via original method of payment. This may take up to two weeks.
Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value of the returned item. You must pay the balance if the exchanged item is of higher value.

SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for your returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
