We understand that sometimes an order needs to be canceled. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below:
1) Eligibility for Cancellation and Full Refund:Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Final Cutoff: Once the courier has taken physical possession of your package, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
2) How to Request a Cancellation:To request a cancellation, you must act promptly and:

- The subject line should clearly state: ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST - (Your Order Number)
- Include your full name and the order number in the body of the email.
3) Orders Shipped or in TransitIf your order has already been shipped (i.e. the courier has already taken possession), it cannot be stopped or canceled.
If you no longer want your item(s) after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to return your order for a refund. Standard return shipping fees and refund deductions will apply.
4) Refunds for Canceled OrdersIf your cancellation request is approved (i.e. the order was successfully canceled before shipment) a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
