1) Exchange Eligibility adn Conditions:
  • Item Condition: Items must meet the same same conditions as returns: unused, in the original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 14 business days from the date your order was received. 
  • Availabliilty: All exchanges are subject to current stock availability.
2) Value Requirements
  • Equal or Higher Value: The item selected for exchange must be of equal or higher value than the item being returned. 
  • Difference in Cost: If the exchange item has a higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price before the new item is shipped.
3) Shopping Costs for Exchanges
  • Customer responsibilty: The customer is fully responsible for all shiipping costs associated with the exchange process. This includes:    
    • The cost to ship the original item back to us
    • The cost to ship the new exchanged item from us to the customer.
How to Initiate an Exchange

1) Contact us: Please email us at shoppingbeddytt@gmail.com with your Order Number and clearly specify the item you wish to exchange and the new item (including size/colour) you would like to receive. 
2) Confirmation and Instructions: We will confirm the exchange item's availability and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the original item and settle any difference in price and shipping fees. 
We understand that sometimes an order needs to be canceled. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below:

1) Eligibility for Cancellation and Full Refund:
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped. 
Final Cutoff: Once the courier has taken physical possession of your package, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. 

2) How to Request a Cancellation:
To request a cancellation, you must act promptly and:
  1. Immediately email us at shoppingbuddytt@gmail.com or contact us at 779-0082
  2. The subject line should clearly state: ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST - (Your Order Number)
  3. Include your full name and the order number in the body of the email.
3) Orders Shipped or in Transit
If your order has already been shipped (i.e. the courier has already taken possession), it cannot be stopped or canceled. 
If you no longer want your item(s) after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to return your order for a refund. Standard return shipping fees and refund deductions will apply. 

4) Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved (i.e. the order was successfully canceled before shipment) a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days.  
If you no longer want your item(s) after they have been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to return your order for a refund.

Eligibility for Return:

Return Window - We accept returns of items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. 

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us: Please email us at shoppingbuddytt@gmail.com or contact us at 779-0082 to notify us of your intent to return. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return. 

Await Confirmation: We will review your request and send instructions on how and where ​to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be acccepted. 
 

Refunds
  • Once your return is received asn inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieved your returne item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Deductions: As outlined in our Shipping Policy, the original shipping fee is non-refund able and will be deducted from your total amount. 
Shipping for Returns
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer will be fully responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). 
Standard Processing and Delivery: Orders place by 2:00 pm, you can generally expect your item to be delivered within 3-4 business days (Mon-Fri)

Tobago Customers: All deliveries to Tobago, shipping is specifically processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
